STEP 3 – START DESIGNING

With your priorities defined, it’s time to turn them into a plan. You’ll work with the architect of your choice and one of six pre-approved builders, ensuring quality and alignment.

STEP 4 – WATCH IT COME TO LIFE

Once the plans are ready, our Design & Construction Management team will guide you through every stage of the build. You’ll receive weekly updates and can choose from different service packages to match your preferred level of support.
